 The Board of Directors and leadership team of Texas Partners Bank, announce with deep sadness the passing of J. Bruce Bugg, Jr., founder of Texas Partners Bank, Chairman of the Texas Transportation Commission, and Chairman and Trustee of the Tobin Endowment.
